    Description of change request/notification:

Adawater - Adawater dataset covers all of  Ada County located in Southern Idaho.  The original dataset was created by GGI (Geographic General) using USGS information.  Urban areas were updated in 2003 by 3DI using orthophoto quads.  Features consist of canal, ditch, pond, river, reservoir, ephemeral stream, intermittent stream and perennial stream.  Annotation or names of features was provided by Idaho Department of Water Resources.  Dataset was collected and updated for use with appraisal of properties, and to view water for cartographic purposes.

Adawatctl - Adawatctl is a dataset which represents the centerline of Adawatp a polygon dataset.  Adawatp was a poly layer generated from Adawater.  It consists of features that are 3' or wider (canals, ditch, pond, river, reservoir).  Feature items include information on major, minor classification (Boise River and Ridenbaugh Canal Major).  Owner name research was acquired from IDWR.  Source of dataset was 2003 ortho's flown by 3DI.

Layers Adawater and Adawatctl will no longer be available for download or on CD's.  They are being removed due to misrepresentation.  They have not been updated since they were created.  Advice to to users will be to research NHD home page for information.Adawatp is our polygon layers and it will remain available as usual.
